Refund Policy

Global Talk offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Global Talk purchases, including weekly, monthly, annual and lifetime plans.

Refund period

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, including change of mind.

How to request a refund

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
• Email us at support@travel-speak-magic.lovable.app with your order reference and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle, and are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank. Full details are in the Paddle Refund Policy.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a renewing plan at any time from the Pricing screen inside the app or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
